I figure out what a project is actually supposed to be, then build the design, engineering, and UX/IA so it stays that way through execution.

The first conversation is diagnostic. You tell me what you’re building and what isn’t working. I listen for the gap between what you intend and what’s actually coming through: in the brand, the platform, the architecture, the copy. Sometimes the problem is what you think it is. Sometimes it’s structural and nobody’s named it yet.

Good fit: creative teams with a clear vision and a process that keeps losing it. Founders who know what the work is but can’t make a stranger see it. Projects where the pieces are good individually but don’t add up.
